Introduction

DAHUA cctv capture encoding card is the most efficient and lowest cost card. It uses hardware based encoder, Texas Instrument H.264 hardware compression chip set with ADPCM/PCM audio. This chip set does most of the encoding, such that minimum CPU cycles are required for encoding. An old P4, installed with 64 channel cards, can encode, playback, support remote, and provide local monitoring, all at the same time, yet using only 40% CPU cycles.

Dahua HF series is the new generation card that can encode at 30fps per channel, 4CIF (D1, 704x480 pixels), dual stream, video & audio. The new D series card can encode at hi-def, 1920x1080p, and the older HC cards supports up to 64 channels @2CIF.

These cards run on NV software, the free NVR software (when you buy the cards from us) that supports multiple Windows platform, from Win7 64 bits to XP (32 bits). NV software will also support IP cameras from DG, Dahua and HikVision, also ONVIF and third party manufacturers ( need to pay license).

Compatible Hardware List:
Avoid using VIA and SIS chipset motherboards. HikVision System does not work with those hardware components properly.
